Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator in Lausanne, Switzerland. If mediation is unsuccessful within sixty (60) days, either party may proceed to litigation in the courts specified above.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
